Order delivery times may vary from time to time due to actual arrangement. Food Square will try to deliver ordered goods to you according to selected delivery times. In the event of late delivery, under no circumstances will Food Square be liable for refund or discount. Delivery charges vary according to the distance and delivery difficulty of each region. Ordered goods should be received by persons 18 years old or above.
Clients are responsible to ensure someone is at the location to receive the goods. If the client is absent for the delivery, and needs to re-schedule the delivery the client will be responsible for the transportation charge of HK$100.
Ordering cut-off time: 1 pm for next day delivery.

Order placed before 1 pm for next day delivery, same day delivery will not be accepted.
Delivery service available from Monday to Saturday (excluded public holiday) except following areas,
Delivery service is not available to the following: Lantau, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau.
If Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 is hoisted all deliveries will be cancelled, the delivery will be postponed and re-scheduled to the following working day.
If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during working hours, delivery will be stopped and will resume after the warning is lowered.
