Terms & Conditions

We will only accept orders which are in excess of HK$ 600 which includes delivery. 

Delivery to Tung Chung and Ma wan additional $100 and $150 respectively. 

Order acceptance and confirmation 

The client may place an order on our website. The process for placing an order is as follows:

Provide information regarding the client’s personal details.
Indicate delivery date and time.
Choose your products and add them to cart.
Validate the contents of the cart.
Indicate remarks as well as preferred payment method. 
Accept and confirm the order and Validate payment.

The client can see the different stages of their orders, and the total price which can be corrected, thereby confirming his/her acceptance. Food Square will confirm the order by sending an email to the email address provided. Any information given by the client remains his/her sole responsibility.  

Food Square reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning payment of a previous order. 


Online payment is made exclusively by payment with Stripe. The client accepts that his/her account is debited for the amount due at the time of the order. Bank cards accepted for online payment are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the type of card, the client enters his/her card number, its expiry date and security code (the three figures shown on the back of the bank card). The request for payment is made in real time via the secured payment system, after payment has been validated, the order is accepted by Food Square who will confirm the order to the client by email. The client undertakes to personally use the bank card of which he/she is the registered holder. In the event of fraudulent use, Food Square cannot be held liable by the bank.

Exchange policy / refunds / cancellations 

No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once the order is confirmed and payment is processed and completed.

Unavailability of products 

Food Square reserves the right to change the product range from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity which be indicated for the product range. Food Square undertakes to honor orders received on the website within the limit of available stocks. In some cases a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable due to stock levels. In the event that some products ordered are unavailable Food Square will inform the client immediately by email or whatsapp. The order will be cancelled if the client does not choose a substitute order, in this case the client will be reimbursed within 14 days, the client acknowledges that no penalty and the client waives all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from Food Square.
